Getting Better All the Time

Know what's awesome about working out? You can only get better at it, and it can only become easier to do -- at least easier to choose to do.

  1. True. In this 90-day context, I find I'm less motivated by the prospect of how I might feel after working out than knowing that I'll feel pretty awful about not having worked out if I don't do it.
